If the user has 3 devices for example: MAC computer, Iphone and Ipad and all of the devices are logged in into the Webex App he will get a notification on all of the devices, but reading the notifcation on one device (for example MAC) will not remove the notification of unread messages on the Ipad and Iphone). Only way to remove those notifications is to open the app on the Ipad (this will remove the unread message notification on the ipad) but will remain still on the Iphone until the Webex app is opened on the Iphone.

This is frustrating as you can have 100 notifications (red bubble in the app) inidicating unread messages/calls when they have already been read on another devices. Also this is not something that happens with other applications like Imessage, Slack, Whatsapp
