Cisco Touch 10 as a Control Hub Accessory type device

Add the Cisco Touch 10 as a Control Hub Accessory type device like has been done for the Room Navigator. This would be helpful to identify Webex endpoints that could support the Navigator but are using a Touch 10. We can see which Webex endpoints have a Navigator and which do not, but that isn't enough as lack of a Navigator doesn't mean it has a Touch 10 (3rd party touch panel, no touch panel, etc).
