People on the Webex ask questions (not in the chat window- because that can take anything) that are shown to a moderator, who can then prioritize them for answering. All presenters should be able to see and moderate the questions. All attendees should be able to see them as well - but not necessarily who posed the question. Then attendees can "upvote" questions they want answered.
