Adding meeting template to an already scheduled meeting

Customer has set up various of important templates for her meetings. However, if a meeting was scheduled without a template, Webex doesn't allow us to add a template afterwards unless the original scheduled meeting had a template, and that consumes important time. It would be adequate if there was a way to simply add a template after scheduling a meeting since it will add information that is being added manually.
