Add a default setting to allow the first

Add a default setting to allow the first person to join my webex meeting (not personal room) who has a host account on the site to become a cohost and be able to enable the meeting.

In the personal room you have preferences allowed to default who will cohost meetings for the personal room meetings. This request is to add a feature to set preferences for your regular webex meetings where you can set a default of whom you want to cohost your meetings.
