Ability to delay first recording tone in CUCM

Some inbound callers to our call center mistakenly think they have reached a fax machine because the recording beep tone is injected at the very beginning of the call. These callers immediately hang up the call. A useful suggestion is to provide the ability to delay that first beep tone for a number of seconds until after the caller and agent have begun their conversation.
