when i am searching for a ticket in CRM or service desk portal, or searching for a topic in confluence or a story in rally i need to initiate webex chat right from those portals with the person the ticket is assigned or associated to, for follow-up or with a question, that way it will help me reduce time spending searching the person with the same name in webex or starting a chat with wrong guy with same name

If you need integration with other business apps, we have to provide a strong business case to justify the Cisco development investment. Otherwise, those 3rd party business tools can develop it using our Webex SDK and Widget: https://developer.webex.com/docs/widgets
