The Webex app has a minimum width restriction on it that means the app cannot be made smaller than 2/3 my laptop screen. See attached screenshot.

This was supposedly fixed back in June of 2020, but the issue is back with the latest UI update.

Please remove the minimum width restrictions so that I and my users can configure the app to a size that allows something else to be open beside it.

There are a lot of ways you could do this. you could make the spaces list collapseable, you could allow the search bar and "connect to a device" options to shrink and be abbreviated, etc.
