Addition of "Eject" button on CCA Portal in case of fraudulent activity

This would be for use by Partner T2 support staff as part of their service delivery.

Should Fraud be identified by Cisco or partner within an ongoing meeting we are looking for the capability to eject a fraudster immediately ourselves without having to end the entire meeting, and also possibly the ability to add the user details into a "blacklist" to prevent reconnection.

This would be located within the "Meeting" page (showing current participants) - ideally within a "manage participants" button or against each participant as a specific action ("eject").

This would be of benefit to the customer as the current option is only to terminate the entire call. If we can remove just the fraudster entry specifically this would result in less disruption to the customer.
