Missing details to understand if the call is forwarded or if it is direct, which is causing confusion on receiving end.


Previously in Jabber and Deskphone, when User is in call pickup group, being entered in CF fields at someone's DN Configuration, or hunt pilot, you will see calling number, for who it was. But now in Webex app you only see calling number, so you cannot see if this is direct call, or is being forwarded because the originally called person is not available.
