Provide a button or other means for Customers to download their existing Greetings of the Auto-Attendant. This will allow them to edit the Greetings with audio tools. Customer may not have saved their Greetings on initial setup. Or personnel may have changed and don't know where the initial audio files were saved. In the current situation, the customer would like to download the original file and use a different one for the holidays but then return the old one. He does not want to apply a holiday AA or a new AA.
This applies for all of the available Webex Calling plans.

Not only this, but simply playing back the greeting in the webpage should be an option. It's baffling how the developers said to themselves "no admin will ever again need to download or even listen to this greeting" and moved on with their lives.
