API for getting the current active speaker in a Webex meeting

Currently there is no way to get the current active speaker in a running Webex meeting, neither through API or JS SDK.

We would very much appreciate the possibility to call an API for getting the information about the current active speaker in a running Webex Meeting.

Another alternative solution can be adding an "isActiveSpeaker" attribute for each item in the existing /meeting-participant API.
