Force WebEx Client Update before joining meeting.

A large challenge with WebEx at present is the inability to force updates upon users - they have to select the update button; what if we could force an update to take place before joining a meeting or making a call? Consider this being enforced from the WebEx Admin Portal for better client control of features and services.
