Audiobox USB incompatible with Webex

Hello. I'm a volunteer music therapist here in NYC. I do my one-man rock 'n roll concert for the patients at a hospital here. I normally do it over Zoom. One department uses Webex. I found out my Audiobox USB which I sue to connect my mic and guitar to my MacBook Air is not compatible.


This is bad news for the patients I serve. We tried a conert todayt. It wasn;t working. Can you make it compatible? Or come iup woth a workaround.


It's fun being a patient. Expecially duriing COVID. This music I play is critical to their recovery and well-being.


Please help.

    I personally use another PreSonus interface with Webex. Is the device not showing up for mic selection? Or is it that Music is not working well via the interface? If it is the latter, you need to enable Music Mode listed under the Webex Smart Audio options. Without enabling music mode, Webex Smart Audio will remove all noise as it only allows through intelligible human speech.
