Cisco Directory Connector: Allow manual typing in domain controller field

Currently we can only select a domain controller from a dropdown menu.
When using LDAPS with a third party signed certificate the domain controller FQDN specified in the certificate can differ from the internal domain FQDN detected by the Connector and because of the mismatch LDAPS can not function.

    please be aware that the curernt directoy Connector version only support MSFT AD. If the customer intends to use other type of director, please let me know.
