encryption support for webex board for part number CS-BOARD55S-NR-k7

Hi, we have a cisco webex board with part number CS-BOARD55S-NR-k7

I was told by one of the cisco techincal support guy, the K7 don’t support encryption and cannot be registered, however i fail to understand, why it tells me to activate the device and asks for key, which i am unable to put in.


I would request you to kindly provide an update for it, so the device can be registered.
