Allow a person within a selected group to be able to create or delete scheduled meetings for another person

With the pandemic and a need within it would be helpful if individuals within a select group could admin each other without having admin privileges for the whole system. As a large organization, it would be helpful if small groups within a department could add or delete meetings for another individual without having to log directly into that user's Webex account.
