Customer was hoping that the Engage client would have some type of indication about the ACD client status. Per the customer email, it takes 5 clicks to sign into a call center or to check which queues they are part of. A button on the left gray bar of the desktopo client would be nice. Agents will have to rely on Engage alone to see their sign-in status
Please modify Idea to add a 1- click status button for Call Center Status on the left side of the page as marked in the attachment in web-ex
Are there any updates to provide about Acd status being added to webex
