Add a way for host or cohost to start polling when presenter isn't able too.

I've noticed that while hosting a meeting I'm not able to start the poll for the meeting. Only the presenter can. May we please add this capability or ability to assign more than one presenter so they're able to post the poll while someone else is sharing their slides?
