Ability to Re-schedule/Edit a meeting after the start time

WebEx doesn't allow us to edit the meeting invite even after just a minute over the start time. It would be great if we can just reschedule the same meeting instead of creating a new one. Once you are in the meeting if there is a need to reschedule it for any reason we cont do it right now.
