Account preference setting preventing a user from seeing themselves on-camera

I have users who refuse to go on camera because they feel anxiety when they see their self view. I could increase adoption if there was an account preferece that would change the default to not show a user their own camera image unless they were to trigger it during a meeting. This would hopfully include the self view that users see before entering the meeting.

Thanks for the update Alex! I am a tech director at Towson University in Towson Maryland. We see this challenge often with staff, frequently with students, and occasionally with faculty. Contact me on webex teams at meynd@towson.edu if you need additional info about this or any other webex adoption topic at TowsonU

Hi Matthew, we are currently working on designing an improved default self view experience. Providing a setting to hide self view is in discussion. Which customer is this request from?
