Jira Cloud Bot: Only send notifications on

Jira Cloud Bot: Only send notifications on issues assigned to the current user or when user is @mentioned

Currently you can only configure the bot to send all updates for a project. I would be very useful if we could limit it to just send notifications when a change has been made to an issue the user is assigned to or has been @mentioned.
