Аdd the possibilty of callers waiting in a call queue to be informed that the number is no longer taking calls.

It would be beneficial to add this option in Control Hub for the call queue settings, so that for example if business hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM, the waiting callers in the queue can be informed that the line is no longer taking calls after 5 PM.
