WebEx recordings to use reliable delivery protocol for voice stream

In our new "Covid" environment a lot of WebEx recordings happen when presenter is located over unreliable links (Internet) and using "computer audio" (IP transport).

Internet may have short glitches and brownouts; those obviously interrupt voice streams. It's ok for live meetings, since we try keeping the voice realtime.

However this is very annoying for recordings, since there would be periods of silence. Please note recordings are done on purpose, and a lot more people may watch the recordings (than actually participated the meeting live).

Idea: for the situations when recording is enabled - a system would initiate additional voice stream on reliable transport (non realtime) for the sole purpose of voice recording.

This may be for presenter only... or to cover all participants as they speak. This may be live (parallel stream) or post-meeting one-time upload event.

This way voice would be uninterrupted on recordings making user experience much better.
