Not impossible to hold a meeting without any organizer (required any user with meetings license).

Need the ability to create some kind of common meeting space for all users: room 1, room 2, etc., in which users of our organization can enter and participate without planning and without waiting a user with meeting licenses.

The room must be open 24/7 and the room we could look it up in a directory Webex app.
