Showing Meetingnumber in Location Attribute of Outlook Calendar

Our board members continue to receive invitations to Webex. Since we also have a Cisco video system, they usually want to use it too. Unfortunately, the VS is not often invited. Therefore, the user is forced to open his invitation to look up the meeting number. It would be easier if the number was included in the Location attribute of the invitation, as this is displayed in the calendar view and can be typed from there.

Setting this attribute should be work in Webex scheduler and also in the webex productivity tools.

    The meeting join URL is currently added to the Location field to provide the best experience for mobile app users (cross-launch to Webex mobile app) and to allow users to click the Location field attribute and launch the meeting on Desktop. For a better device experience, we recommend enabling Hybrid Calendar Service, so that devices can pop-up an OBTP for an upcoming meeting.
