Consult to Queue or Transfer to EP Description Masking

As we have named our queues naming conventions that make sense for the business, this may not make sense to an end user (our associates). We would like to be able to add a description that is visible to the associates so that we do not have to make changes to our Queue names, and will allow for a better understanding for our end users to transfer/consult to the appropriate department
