Drag and Drop Reports

HAve the ability to drag and drop reports into different locations. This would prevent multiple reports of the same information in different locations.
We are recently attempting to validate reports within WxCC and when we have identified a report that is valid we are adding it to another folder within the visualizations. It would be much easier and less of a possiblity for error for us to just move the report over rather than having to copy and save it again and run the risk of using an incorrect report
