WxCC Agent Desktop reporting - ability to change reports

There is no where within WxCC that we are able to view and or/change the reports or the parameters of the reports that each agent sees. We would like to be able to validate the data points that are flowing to the associate and ensure that it is matching what is reported in our business model. However at this time we are unable to view any of those reports.
