It would be extremely helpful if there could also be a note if the user has never used Webex messaging. We have some users who show "green" but only because they regularly attend Webex meetings. Those users often don't even know about their Webex messaging experience. Notes sent often linger until the sender assumes the user is not onboard(ed) with Webex Messaging.
