If someone is in the lobby, I understand that the two notification methods are the small un-noticeable message at the top of the participant list, or an e-mail. If I am focused on a meeting, I am not continuously monitoring my e-mail. I need the option of a large pop-up window or a noticeable audio tone when someone enters the lobby. I understand that this is not configurable during a meeting or when I schedule a meeting.
