Reduce the amount of Spaces/Teams to review. And, Add a Space/Team Directory.

Simplify. Reduce the amount of Time (increase productivity) trying to:

a.) review messages in the multiple Spaces/Teams

b.) find which Space to use (create a directory or easy keywords to search for the correct meeting Space/Team)
