Integrate Webex Teams with Siebel to create tickets

Current process for tech services SR, is to go into Siebel and create ticket, then create swarm space with SwarmBot. It would be great if Webex teams could integrate with Siebel and swarmbot could also create the siebel ticket as well, making the process one seamless transaction.

    This may be doable for the developer team that built this "Swarmbot" to add two-way functionality and allow you to create the Siebel ticket from webex teams so that you don't need to go to Siebel.
