OBTP for onPrem registered endpoints for Meetings created with Webex Scheduler AddIn

OBTP for onPrem registered endpoints is working for Meetings created with Productivity Tools in Outlook.

We need this functionality for Meetings created with Webex Scheduler AddIn in Outlook.

Especially since Productivity Tools are EoL by June of this year.

Would be best to get this implemented using TMS (as it is with Productivity Tools) and no need to activate hybrid calender service.
