Recording Trim Function to have capability

Recording Trim Function to have capability to trim from beginning OR end instead of simultaneously required.

We have had a rough time with the function to Trim Recordings with the WebEx platform as it is required to trim the beginning and end of the recordings in order for this functionality to work.

We would like a new implementation, where the end-user is capable to trim from beginning only or end only of their recordings, not simultaneously required.
