The ability to join a meeting after it's end time

Sometimes a meeting runs long and a user has to leave for another meeting. If that same user wants to come back to the first meeting they have to get the meeting information (either URL or number) to join the meeting. Would be nice if the green join button was still an option if the meeting is running long.
