Drop down menu on webex client should not change with mouse scroll

The Drop down menus on Webex desktop clients can be changed with a mouse scroll.

This means that a user might be changing settings without noticing it while scrolling through a settings page.

Check the example I have captured on video, where CFA has been activated just by scrolling through the settings page.
