Webex Shortcuts for mobile devices

Hi Cisco, we have more customers that are using most of the time softclient on the smartphone.


Right now it is not possible to add Webex Shortcuts for mobile devices.
Could you please implement this?

Example: One customer is using 3rd party tool for directory contact search. This app is pinned to webex app for windows. Customer would like to have an option make a directory search even on the mobile devices..

    We are running into this too. We have added shortcuts to the desktop app through Control Hub but you are not able to see them on the mobile app. Would love for this feature to be added since many of our IT staff are on-call nights and not always right by their computer. Even if this was a filter button or drop down list by the messaging/calling/meetings buttons (see right portion of image)

    Shortcuts are not displayed in the mobile app. Neither in IOs nor in Android. This means that third-party providers cannot be used
