Regarding this KB, "only authenticated users in your organization can join your Personal Room" but some customers are adding their users to their site without meeting licenses. This will cause these users can't join the personal room, either. It's very inconvenient for the CU to control their meetings. Hope you guys can help to fix this.
Sites can add an attendee role today - so that users can be added to the site who do not have host accounts. this allows the attendee to sign in and by pass the lobby
