About 'Local recording isn’t supported',customer thought that is very very disagreeable.

It looks like either Webex's design is bad or it hasn't been thoroughly verified.

please request improvements so that local recording works properly.

    webex supports local recording. In order to enable it, plz see this -

    As you can see ZOOM is support for 'Local recordings',

    customer are looking forward to webex can provide better service.

    Enabling and starting local recordings


    Local recordings don't support the following features:

    Display timestamp in the recording

    Display participants' names in the recording
