Add a function to remove the user's avatar. 

Add a function to remove the user's avatar. At the moment it is only possible to replace the image. This is not a very good implementation.

    We used to have the ability to prevent users from uploading their own avatars. Since that feature was removed, we have had issues with users uploading inappropriate avatars. Please add this feature back.
