Remote collection of logs

To speed up handling support queries, it would be usefull to request remotely for Webex clients (both Desktop and Mobile) to collect and send the current logs of all clients that the user is logged on, without the user have to interact with the clients.

Webex in the past were sending logs on every call. This is no longer the case. This mechanism would have the advantage of the user not have to collect logs and support team have access to logs where sometimes there are customer relationship management that is better to not interrupt the users.

    We do not have any plan for Mobile logs. But for desktop logs existing and in-work features:

    1. Click on Avatar ---> Help ----> Send Logs this step, uploads logs to client log service and are available to an admin in Control Hub (Troubleshooting ---> Logs ---> search on user)

    2. Pull log/ Collect Log: Admins are able to collect logs from a user. This feature is currently in works and is tentatively committed for Q3.
