For users that are hearing impaired, the Webex assistant is great for providing live transcriptions. However, the Webex assistant isn't enabled when using the "Call on Webex" feature. Thus, they have to hang up, create a Webex meeting and then use the Webex Assistant for transcriptions. Adding the ability to use the Webex assistant for live transcriptions for "Call on Webex" calls would be a great addition to the service.

Where is this option you are referring to? The only option I see is to move a "Free Webex Call" is to a telepresence device near me. Nothing to move the call to a Webex meeting where the Webex Assistant can be used.

You should be able to move a call to a meeting without hang up now.
