Mobile notifications: choose a how long

Mobile notifications: choose a how long notifications are turned off and add option to only show notifications on mobile if not active on the desktop WebEx application

I see that in the notification settings on the Cisco Webex meetings iOS app, there is no option to only be notified of messages if inactive on desktop or to receive all notifications even if inactive on desktop Microsoft Teams iOS app has this functionality and it would be useful is Webex also has this to avoid duplicate notifications when already using the desktop app.

I understand that messages can be turned off on the mobile app, it would be great if there was also the option to choose a custom time limit for how long to turn the notifications on mobile off or only show notifications on mobile if not active on the desktop WebEx application.
