Expand list of languages when adding contacts in the address book (My Contacts)

When adding a new contact in the address book (Webex site -> My Contacts) the only available options in the language dropdown menu are the currently supported languages for Webex.

However as this setting doesn't seem to affect the in-meeting experience, the list needs to be expanded and include all languages.

Expanding the language list is, in this instance, politically correct among other things.
Example situation: When adding partners from Ukraine, I only have the option for Russian language
