When a company uses Broadworks flexseating and the user is login in on the flexseating host, Webex seems to be connected with the flex host (see 1st screenshot). However, when starting a call an error message is shown: "Paired device no longer available". We are told that Broadworks does not support flexseating. This used to be working with UC One.
We actually still see the need for this support in the same way as currently the Webex user can start a call via his/her own deskphone (without flexseating).
