When concentrated on work or on calls, people do not tend to keep looking what is the next thing said in a Group chat on Webex whenever hearing the usual sound that tells us that someone posted a commented. This can then be often missed if someone is actually trying to initiate a conversation with us on Webex separately because the sound we hear whether it's a Group or Individual chat, is exactly the same. It would be great if we could define different alert sounds to quickly identify Individual chats from Groups Chats, and even have the ability to chose which sound we want to hear within the different Groups we are part. Apologies beforehand if there is already a functionality or something similar to allow us to do this!
