Add Call Queue availability next to call settings and pickup in webex app

Move call queue active/inactive to be next to call settings and call pickup on main screen instead of having to go into call settings menu of app

    i think its about 9 clicks at the moment to make yourself unavailable. hope this is a high priority feature request!
