Add a comment "Please enter the zip code with a hyphen" on the Control Hub When updating credit card information.

When The user entered the zip code without a hyphen, got an error when updating credit card information.

The user would like to add a comment "Please enter the zip code with a hyphen". Please refer to the attached document for details.
