When saving text from the call (either from Chat or Auto-Closed-Captioning) WebEx needs to be able to provide the option of downloading a text record that INTEGRATES BOTH: text from the CHAT ALL messages *AND* the text created by the AUTO-Closed Captioning function.
At the end of the call, the user could be with the following choices:
Do you want to download a text transcript of this meeting?:
Download Chat messages only
Download Closed Caption text only
Download BOTH as SEPARATE files
Download BOTH in a SINGLE transcript file
Do not download text transcript
Selecting the FOURTH option above would result in the creation of an INTEGRATED transcript text file that would look like this:
